Returns and Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Tillie and Jane will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale.
Tillie & Jane reserve the right to send the item(s) back without issuing a refund.
Customers are responsible for shipping it back to Tillie and Jane. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was a shipping error on our part. Once Tillie and Jane has received the returned product in it's original condition, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item only. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
A refund will be processed to your original form of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- You should see the refund within 2-3 business days, but times may vary depending on each bank.
Damaged items/ incorrect orders
We inspect all items for any damages or defects before shipping. We also do our best to make sure you receive the correct order. However, we sometimes make mistakes.
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.
If an item was damaged during shipping to the buyer or is defective, please send us a picture of the damaged item at email@example.com with your first and last name and order number.
