RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We do our best to make shopping easy with Tillie & Jane
If you need to return an item, please contact email@example.com. Items must be returned within 14 days. After 14 days, we are unable to accept any returns on any purchases.
Clothing items cannot be returned if worn or washed. They must be returned with all the original tags still attached. Items must be smoke, deodorant, and perfume free. If the items returned show any sign of being worn, Tillie & Jane reserve the right to send the item(s) back without issuing a refund.
Customers are responsible for shipping it back to Tillie and Jane. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Once Tillie and Jane has received the returned product in it's original condition, a refund will be issued for the cost of the item only. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.
We are unable to accept exchanges due to limited quantity of inventory. We cannot guarantee the item you are wanting to exchange is still available. If you need a different size/color you can reorder the item you need and return the original item for a refund.
Damaged items/ incorrect orders
We inspect all items for any damages or defects before shipping. We also do our best to make sure you receive the correct order. However, we sometimes make mistakes.
All damaged items must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order or it will not be accepted.
If an item was damaged during shipping to the buyer or is defective, please send us a picture of the damaged item at firstname.lastname@example.org with your first and last name and order number.
